“Backpay for unvaxxed city workers,” News, April 7.
This decision appears to be a slap in the face for Richmond taxpayers.
I suspect the union is behind the challenge and this was the easiest way out for City Hall.
Can the Richmond News check to see what the mediator’s reasoning was in reaching his decision and can this decision have an effect on other jurisdictions?
