Motorists travelling along Cambie Road in East Richmond should expect delays on Friday afternoon.
A vehicle accident occurred around 2 p.m. on June 6 at the intersection of Cambie and Jacombs roads.
Traffic is down to one lane in each direction as the left lane on the eastbound side and both the left turn and middle westbound lanes on Cambie Road are blocked.
Eastbound traffic on Cambie Road is backed up past the Cambie Community Centre, while westbound traffic is backed up onto the overpass above Knight Street.
Northbound and southbound Jacombs Road traffic are also affected.
Emergency crews are on scene.
