Jampolsky to represent city

Howard Jampolsky has been appointed as the City of Richmond's representative on the board of the Vancouver Airport Authority. Jampolsky is not new to civic politics and comes with a wealth of experience.

Jampolsky is not new to civic politics and comes with a wealth of experience.

The officer of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Jampolsky has served on the City of Richmond's Economic Advisory Committee and Intercultural Advisory Committee. Most recently, he served as chair of the Richmond Airport Noise Citizens Advisory Task Force, a cityappointed advisory group.

In his new post, Jampolsky will serve a three-year term. He replaces Peter Dhillon, who served for two consecutive terms.
