Thrills, spills, noise, drama, tantrums and a bit of fun out of the rain at the Childrens Art Festival at Richmond Cultural Centre on Saturday.
Winds howled and rain clattered outside, but there was thumping of drums, popping of balloons, and squeals of delight inside as kids learn crafts, acting, keeping a beat and a few tricks that may fires their imaginations to runaway and join the circus.
