A floatplane made an emergency landing in the south arm of the Fraser River Wednesday in Richmond afternoon after it experienced some engine trouble.
A Coast Guard hovercraft responded to the scene of the landing near Finn Slough, before the plane was towed to a Ladner marina where it was being checked out by an engineer. No injuries were reported.
