A fair promoting health, wellness and a balanced lifestyle will be held in Richmond next weekend.
The Vancouver Amazing Wellness Family Fair, which will take place at Lipont Place near the Aberdeen skytrain station on May 7, aims to offer a one-stop shop team of professionals in addition to lifestyle workshops.
Chiropractors, physiotherapists, nurses, aromatherapists, Chinese medicine practitioners, nutritionists and beauty consultants will be providing free body assessments, live demonstrations and consultations. Pampering and health services will also be available.
Visitors may choose to attend workshops on topics such as real estate buying, financial planning, health and wellness, instant cooking and parenting tips, or check out summer and regular programs for children of all ages and speak to university admission consultants.
Interactive activities will also be provided for children as well, including photo sessions with mini supercars.
And as a special Mother’s Day treat, a special guest interview with forensic pathologist and lyricist Carol Lee will dive into her unique career experiences as well as her parenting tips as a mother of three children.
