Police looking to identify men captured on CCTV at convenience store

Richmond RCMP is asking the public to study CCTV photos of two men who allegedly stole more than $8,000 worth of transit passes during a distraction theft at a convenience store.

It happened just before 5 p.m. on July 29 when the two men came into the store and, while one distracted the clerk, the other reached over the counter and stole a basket containing the passes valued between $50 and $150 each.
