A stalled truck on the East-West Connector has caused some delays for commuters heading into Richmond on Tuesday morning.
While the vehicle, on Highway 91 westbound before Nelson Road (near the S-curve) has been cleared as of about 9:20 a.m., traffic is still busy from around the Highway 91A Interchange.
