Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in identifying a man captured on surveillance video attempting to use a stolen credit card.
On Feb. 27, police received a report that a vehicle had been broken into in the underground parking lot of Aberdeen Centre.
A bag was stolen, which contained various personal items including a wallet and its contents.
Later in the day, a suspect was captured on surveillance video as he tried to use the victim's credit card to obtain funds from a local ATM.
The suspect also tried to use the credit card at a gas station in Vancouver, however both attempts failed. Anyone able to identify the male captured in the photos is asked to call Const. Gammon at 604-278-1212. If you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
