After locating Chinese national Suqin Feng yesterday in Richmond, Mounties are still investigating the disappearance of 61-year-old Yanyun Chen.
On Jan. 22 around 10:30 p.m., Richmond RCMP received a report from a tour guide that a female in their group was missing.
The tour group was staying at the Hampton Inn at 8111 Bridgeport Rd. and was visiting Canada for unspecified reasons. The group was scheduled to return to China that morning.
Chen was last seen at the hotel Jan. 21 around 8 p.m. and was scheduled to meet the hotel shuttle the next morning at 7 a.m., but never did.
Investigators confirmed that Chen did not board her flight back to China and noted her luggage was missing from the hotel as well.
Chen is described as an Asian female, five foot two inches tall, weighing 90 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a three quarter length black coat and black knee-high heeled boots.
