Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for fraud.

In 2003, Richmond RCMP began an investigation into an allegation that 61-year-old James Anthony Lee fraudulently obtained more than $90,000 from his employer.

Lee failed to attend his initial court appearance but was arrested in February 2006 in Surrey on the related warrant.

Lee was released with another court date but again failed to show. As a result, a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Lees arrest.

At the time of the alleged offence Lee was known by another name, Anthony Tennyson Champ. Lee is also known by his birth name, Tin Wing Chan.

Lee is described as an Asian male, 5'9" tall, short grey hair with brown eyes and glasses.

Anyone that has seen Lee or anyone that may know of his whereabouts is asked to contact Const. Sallinen at 604 278 1212. If you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
