Update: Canada Line service resumes after morning issues

Service between Olympic Village and Waterfront stations is currently suspended.

Commuters are asked to be patient as Canada Line service resumes after major delays on Wednesday morning.

According to TransLink, the delays were caused by technical issues with service between Olympic Village and Waterfront stations being suspended since 8:35 a.m.

Technical issues on the Canada Line have been resolved on Wednesday morning.

The trains are running again with gaps as they return to regular frequency, according to TransLink on social media platform X.

The delays had affected Richmond commuters taking the SkyTrain, with many commuters experiencing longer wait times between each train.
