Heavy traffic on Highway 91 in Richmond has been cleared.
Motorists entering and leaving Richmond by Highway 91 found themselves stuck in traffic after two separate vehicle accidents happened on Tuesday afternoon.
The accidents, one eastbound and another westbound, on the highway had vehicles backed up in both directions, according to Twitter posts.
