The vehicle accident on Highway 91 at Richmond has been cleared.
An earlier incident on westbound Highway 91, at the Knight Street off-ramp, was blocking the right through and right-turning lanes, according to DriveBC.
Westbound traffic on Highway 91 was backed up to No. 6 Road.
