There is a traffic accident in the middle of the intersection of No. 3 Road and Granville Avenue.
According to an eye witness – and a screenshot of the City of Richmond’s traffic cams – the intersection was partially blocked just after midday.
Emergency crews are on the scene where two vehicles appear to be involved. Motorists are advised to steer clear of the area for the time being.
