If it had anything to do with hockey, it was at the Richmond Olympic Oval on Saturday.
The B.C. version of Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada attracted around 16,000 people to the Richmond venue as part of a nationwide celebration of the sport.
The event featured dozens of kid-friendly activities as well as Canucks legend Trevor Linden, who spent the day signing autographs for hordes of fans.
A vast array of hockey-related entertainment was available to the thousands who turned out in the name of the national sport.
