Touchstone is a non-profit community based social service agency providing services to Richmond and nearby areas since 1983.
The Association has received accolades for outstanding service to the community due to their incredible commitment, dedication and leadership to preserve and enhance family life.
The awards ceremony was held at River Rock Casino.
