Ashton Service Group is an industry leader in Richmond and North America.

The company was founded in 1987 to win a BC Housing contract and 30 years later, it’s servicing most of the Lower Mainland in residential and total property services.

The company specializes in HVAC, plumbing, air conditioning and gas services and project management.

It tackles problems for strata properties, community centres, and commercial office and retail spaces.

Now it has a fleet of 28 fully inventoried service vehicles and more than 25 trained technicians, and continues to grow.

The company’s vision goes beyond the business itself.

The founder, Brian Williams, and his team has taken a lead on the international stage by actively engaging with an industry group in other countries, and removing barriers and encouraging young people to enter the trade.

“I spend an average of a week every month in other areas like the U.S. to visit companies, learn from their experiences and share ideas,” said Williams.

Ashton also takes a leadership role in the community, with large give-back projects, paid time off for volunteering, as well as community support for local organizations.

The company is guided by a core principle: “Do unto others as they would have you do unto them,” meaning, they listen to what their customers say and understand what they need.

Whether the job is large or small, quality work and 100 per cent customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance, said Wiliams.
