Users of the Richmond Oval will be able to sign up for programs quicker and easier thanks to a Burnaby company’s new, booking and member management software. PerfectMind announced April 6 the agreement to use their system they say will improve customer experience.
Since the launch of the PerfectMind platform, the company said the Oval has already seen dramatic improvements in service levels, with a 50 per cent increase in the number of programs and services that are available online. Tasks that can now be completed online include ticket purchasing, access to promotional and discount codes, membership purchasing and signatures for waivers and contracts. In addition, the Oval has seen a 90 per cent drop in the number of calls it fields each week — a decrease of approximately 1,500 calls.
