Richmond got another fast food burger option when the first Fatburger location in the city opened for business Monday at Central at Garden City, the new shopping centre anchored by a Walmart Supercentre at Alderbridge Way and Garden City Road.

The 2,000-square-foot, 44-seat restaurant features an open kitchen concept that allows customers to see the cooking process that uses cooked to order, Alberta Angus beef.

“We are delighted to open our newest Fatburger restaurant in B.C. in the island city of Richmond,” said Frank Di Benedetto, CEO, president and owner of the FDF Restaurant Brandz franchise system that includes the Fatburger Canada chain.
