Winson Leung has been a carrier with the Richmond News for over six years, initially delivering with his kids in the neighbourhood twice a week.

He finds that the job provides multiple unique opportunities, including gaining local work experience, doing physical exercise, building a closer relationship with the neighbourhood and better bonding with his kids.

Every time they finish a delivery, they will read the Richmond News together and share some interesting topics.

When a substitute is needed, he is always willing to help to support other routes and, in the peak period, he helped to deliver four routes, totaling over 200 papers.

Over the years, he has enjoyed seeing kids and plants grow up, to watching old houses demolished and new ones rebuilt.

When his kids were young, some of them would give his kids chocolate during the holidays.

With his kids now in their teens, they continue to support this community job after school as they find that it is a meaningful and valuable experience.
