O'Tray Noodle, a long-time restaurant at President Plaza, was among the restaurants that said goodbye to Richmond in 2023.

As a city known for a variety of restaurants, Richmond saw many new openings in 2023.

However, some restaurants also said goodbye last year, and were replaced by new restaurants or moved out of the city.

Those that closed included bubble tea shops and cafes, corner noodle houses as well as restaurants that specialize in different cuisines.
