Punjab-Canadian artist Krystal Kiran is Richmond's Branscombe House' seventh artist-in-residence.

This year’s Branscombe House’s artist-in-residence is hosting a series of free classes, workshops and seminars starting April.

Krystal Kiran, a Punjabi-Canadian performing artist and educator, explores “third culture” identity and practices the arts as a form of healing.

She has performed locally, on Broadway, and has toured internationally as an actor, dancer and choreographer.

A variety of programs being offered in Richmond include dance as a form of meditation, movement and wellness classes for seniors, book club meetings and theatre-related seminars.

Some activities are offered as hybrid programs where attendees can attend in-person or through livestream on Instagram or Zoom.
