Wondering where to go in Richmond for the next family outing, date or photo tour?
Tzu Chi Foundation, a Richmond-based charity, is hosting a Tulip Festival at 9851 Finn Road.
Visitors are invited to attend the festival to enjoy a field of tulips in full bloom, live music performances, a charity market and kids fun fair.
There will also be a free Chinese medicine clinic on site.
"We encourage you to bring your own reusable utensils," said the foundation on its poster.
The festival will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 28.
Admission by donation.
