The holiday season can be busy enough without trying to plan an extravagant meal for the whole family. If you’re looking to take the pressure off of Christmas by eating out, these Richmond restaurants promise festive offerings.

Festive Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Vancouver Airport

Lift your pinkies at this classy afternoon tea. Snack on savoury bites and decadent house-made treats. Seatings run through Dec. 30. $49 for adults and $25 for children.

Steveston Seafood House

Jingle Bell Buffet at Country Meadows Golf Course

CAVU Kitchen & Bar

CAVU serves up Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch so you don’t have to. On the dinner  menu are fresh carvings of meat, pasta, chilled seafood and more. For brunch try eggs benedicts and waffles with whipped cream before moving on to roast turkey or dim sum. They told the Richmond News there are still tables available. The Apron at the Westin Wall Centre

Harold’s Bistro and Bar

Harold’s is serving up both brunch and dinner Christmas Day. Load your plate with eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes and dim sum for brunch. Or, for dinner choose from roast turkey with all the trimmings, salmon or mushroom and mascarpone ravioli. Brunch: $42.95 for adults, $24.95 for children. Richmond Centre White Spot

Two White Spot restaurants in the Lower Mainland (Richmond Centre and Vancouver’s Kingsway location) will be open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Day to support local charities.
