Annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale at South Arm United Church

Hosted by Richmond Garden Club, there will be a variety of perennials, annuals, vegetable starters and hanging baskets for sale, all to support the efforts of the club within the community. Located 11051 No. 3 Rd.
Mother’s Day Weekend Tea at Fairmont Vancouver Airport

When: Seatings at 12 and 2:30 p.m. on May 11 and 12
Cost: $69 for adults; $34.50 for children aged 12 and under
Take mom to the Fairmont, where she can pick and choose from a doughnut wall, interact with the chef at the pop-up chocolate station and enjoy live music. Treats during the tea include local stone fruit scone with homemade preserves, savouries such as crab cakes and sweets like lychee rose layer cake and Earl Grey chocolate mousse. All mothers will receive a sweet take-away from the pastry chef.

Big spring event for home makers and gardeners. Featuring a selection of London Heritage Farm perennials, annuals, herbs, hanging baskets, tomato seedlings and succulent arrangements. Bring the kids, each of them will receive a surprise plant for free at the check-out. Enter the draw for a chance to win a beautiful hanging basket. Tour the museum and visit the gift shop.
Mother’s Day Tea at London Heritage Farm

When: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 11 and 12
Cost: $15 for afternoon tea; $24 for high tea. Discounts available for seniors aged 65 and older.
Celebrating Mother's Day with high tea in the tea room at London Heritage Farm. A popular annual event for mothers, grandmothers and their families. Enjoy either an afternoon tea or a high tea service with selections of London Farms’ own blend of London lady tea, home-baked scones, London Farm jam/jelly and homemade goodies.
