Judges for the 11th annual Chinese Restaurant Awards announced their favourite dishes in all of Metro Vancouver this week, and many are in Richmond.
The favourites were revealed in a ceremony at Richmond’s River Rock Casino and Resort, where 83-year-old master chef Leung Yiu Tong of Hoi Tong Chinese Seafood Restaurant was given a lifetime achievement award.
