The 23rd Anniversary Halloween Party was held at the Radisson Vancouver Airport Hotel on Saturday night. The spooktacular dinner and dance was a fundraiser for their scholarship fund. Four students were presented with scholarships during the event: Wendy Ma from Richmond High, Karnpreet Sanghera from RC Palmer, and Michelle Ko from Steveston-London were presented with essay writing scholarships. Megan Kwan from McMath received the Youth Leadership Scholarship.Chung Chow
