Shore clean-up

False teeth, men's underwear and a wedding dress. Not exactly three items you would expect to utter in the same breath, but were, indeed, three of the weird and wacky things found during last year's Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup in B.C.

False teeth, men's underwear and a wedding dress.

Not exactly three items you would expect to utter in the same breath, but were, indeed, three of the weird and wacky things found during last year's Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup in B.C.

Also on the list of strange discarded belongings last year were: Fire extinguishers; a prisoner's effects bag; an urn; a fully decorated Christmas tree and a PlayStation.

The annual mass cleanup comes to Richmond's shores next month with a whole host of chances for people to get involved and "do their bit" for the community and the shoreline.
