A Richmond non-profit experienced Christmas in July, several months before the actual winter holidays.

Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives (RCRG) received $3,120 from Sage to help low-income families celebrate Christmas through the annual Richmond Christmas Fund.

Sage’s Richmond office held an annual summer carnival that doubled as a fundraiser, and the company matched the donation amount.

The Sage team partners with RCRG every year to help set up the Christmas Fund toy room and stock the shelves by running an office toy drive, according to RCRG.

“When it comes to corporate community engagement, Sage leads by example,” said Ryan Luetzen, spokesperson for RCRG.

“This most recent donation to the Christmas Fund further reflects the company’s culture of giving, and the generosity of individual staff members.”
