Kudos: Coast2000 Terminals donates to RCRG for COVID-19 relief

Richmond-based Coast2000 Terminals, a logistics company, donated $7,233 to Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives (RCRG) as part of their Tackling COVID-19 Together Campaign.

The local company, a subsidiary of Western Stevedoring, contributed $5,000 while matching every dollar donated by the public during the past two months.

 “We’d like to thank everyone who supported the campaign, and especially Coast2000, who showed incredible generosity in these challenging times,” said Ed Gavsie, president and CEO of RCRG.

“The money raised will have a significant impact on our organization as we work to keep our most vulnerable residents safe and healthy during the pandemic.”

Western Stevedoring and all its subsidiaries generated a total of $80,000 for community organizations across B.C. through this campaign.
