Allan Rusk is wanted out of Chilliwack by B.C. police, but he was once charged for two counts of vehicle theft in Port Coquitlam.

A 40-year-old man is wanted by B.C. police after recently failing to comply with his probation.

And he has a history in the Tri-Cities as he was once charged for motor vehicle theft in Port Coquitlam.

Last week, Allan Rusk was added to Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers' "most wanted" list after he breached his probation conditions out of Chilliwack.

A warrant was officially issued for his arrest on Sept. 27.

According to B.C. online court services, Rusk was found guilty for stealing a vehicle out of Port Coquitlam in June 2015 — two months after the crime was committed on April 5, 2015.

Police were granted an arrest warrant for Rusk four days after the offence and he was later charged two counts of theft.

He's described as:

  • 5'10"
  • 159 pounds
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes

Anyone with more information about Rusk or his whereabouts is urged to call their local police detachment, anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or go online to www.solvecrime.ca

Crime Stoppers says a $5,000 reward could be granted if tips and details lead to an arrest and charge.
