A new Tim Hortons will be opening near the Richmond Auto Mall in the East Cambie neighbourhood.
Sharp-eyed community members recently spotted the new sign at the corner of Jacombs Road and Delf Place.
The new addition to the neighbourhood is still under construction, and no job posting is available yet.
