The Steveston Santa Clause will once again wind its way through the village on Christmas Eve.
Hosted by the Richmond Firefighters Charitable Society, the parade – including Mr. and Mrs. Claus and other costumed characters – sets off at 6 p.m. from Regent Street at Sixth Avenue and ends about an hour or so later at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Chatham Street.
Food and/or monetary donations to the Richmond Food Bank are being accepted by parade volunteers along the way.
