Meditation, head-shave stops in Richmond for Cops for Cancer team

The annual Cops for Cancer roadshow rolled into Richmond last week, raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

One of their first stops was Bodhi Meditation on Alderbridge Way, where they spent an hour, practicing relaxation meditation and then enjoying a vegetarian lunch. As a thank you for dropping by, Bodhi Meditation donated $2,000 to the cause and thanked them all for their work in the community.

Further south in the city, the team swung by Coast Capital Savings in Steveston, where branch manager Aaron Brown has his head shaved for the cause by Steveston Barbers.
