Richmond’s Thompson Community Centre winter market returns Nov. 10.
The free, all-ages event will showcase more than 40 local vendors selling clothing, crafts, books, baked goods, jewelry and more.
For Remembrance Day, marketgoers can learn to make origami poppies.
There will also be live music and the chance to buy snacks from a fundraising concession set up by the community centre’s youth council.
Vendors have donated 40 gifts for a raffle, and the proceeds from the raffle ticket sale will be donated to the Richmond Food Bank.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 5151 Granville Ave.
