To run GLBC in an ethical and professional manner and to have fun! Strategies ranging from open book management, in which GLBC shares monthly financials with employees, to companywide social, and employee wellness programs have made this achievement possible.  The strong human resources focus that started when GLBC had fewer than 10 employees still remains true today with more than 275, creating a winning atmosphere with happy and loyal staff. Great Little Box Company has been named by Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the 10th consecutive year.
