Letter: Richmond city council needs to explain itself

Everyone I know is terribly disappointed and confused with council’s recent decisions to allow the proliferation of mansions destroying our farmland. I think it is incumbent on the councillors who voted against provincial guidelines and staff recommendations, to explain to us their vision for Richmond. What exactly motivates you to vote the way you did?

There may be a perfectly logical reason for you to support the proliferation of mansions and the destruction of our farmland, but you at least owe us an explanation.
