The best and brightest in Richmond’s business world will be honoured at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce’s 39th Annual Business Excellence Awards on Nov. 17 at the River Rock Casino Resort.

And on Thursday (Oct. 20) the chamber announced the list of finalists spread across 10 categories at a reception at Quilchena Golf and Country Club.

Nominees in this year’s event include:

“This year’s group of BEA finalists prove once again that the business community in Richmond is exceptionally varied and strong,” said Rob Akimow, the chamber’s chair. “Our BEA committee, led by co-chairs Richard Nash and Carol Young, have done an exceptional job in identifying and vetting a record number of nominees this year.

“We are in for a spectacular evening at the River Rock.”
