Global e-retailer Newegg is putting down roots in Metro Vancouver with a new warehouse and distribution facility in Richmond. Company officials will be cutting the ribbon to open its facility in east Richmond next Tuesday at noon. In 2005, Newegg.com was named one of the Internet’s top 10 retailers by Internet Retailer Magazine, with 2004 sales revenue of just under $1 billion.
