Less than a week after being reported for sale, Vancouver’s International Village mall appears to no longer be a part of the retail portfolio marketed as the Henderson Retail Portfolio.

Western Investor reported last week that mall – once known as Tinseltown – was part of a trio of retail properties marketed for sale by CBRE.

Today, International Village mall seems to have disappeared from the listing. The other two properties – Paris Square, adjacent to the mall, and Henderson Place Mall in Coquitlam – remain part of the listing.

CBRE has declined to comment on the removal of International Village. Whether it will be for sale again as part of its own listing is presently unknown.

The removal of the 3.38-acre International Village site has brought down the portfolio’s initial total size of approximately 11 acres to just over 6 acres.

The portfolio remains without a list price.
