Re: Election victory for Garden City Lands, News, Dec. 2.

In a landmark case in 1990, the Supreme Court of Canada defined hate as unusually strong and deep-felt emotions of detestation, calumny and vilification.

Recently in this paper, a Richmond councillor labeled a letter as hate. Thats no small matter.

The letter is titled, The facts disagree with Councillor Evelina Halsey-Brandt.

It uses evidence and logic to address previous labeling by the same councillor.

Readers can see for themselves and listen to audio of the primary sources by googling the Richmonds Garden City Lands blog at http://wp.me/p97QM-1yJ.
