Letter: Time to cull Richmond's raccoons

Dear Editor, Everywhere I drive in Richmond, the lawns on city and private property are a mess, thanks to raccoons. On garbage pickup day, containers are knocked over and the garbage people don’t pick it up.

Dear Editor,

Everywhere I drive in Richmond, the lawns on city and private property are a mess, thanks to raccoons.

On garbage pickup day, containers are knocked over and the garbage people don’t pick it up.

On the Rabies BC website, raccoons with rabies in the wild has not been a problem. In the cities, however, they have been a serious concern. It is time for a cull of raccoons to eliminate the problem. These problems should be corrected by the City of Richmond and the Province of B.C.
