Dear Editor,
Kudos to the gentleman who approached a panhandler in front of a local convenience store and asked him if he could buy him a sandwich.
They went in and made their purchase. Thank you for setting such a great example for my young daughter, who was talking about this all evening, and also to myself.
I plan on following suit and paying it forward!
