Dear Editor,
I was pleased to see that Liberal MP Joe Peschisolido and the four Liberal MLAs sent their blessings in last week’s paper, wishing our Jewish neigbours a joyous Passover. What puzzled me was they didn’t take the same opportunity to wish Richmond Christians a Happy Easter, which was celebrated this year at the same time as Passover. After all, the most important religious holiday to Christians is Easter. Would it have been politically incorrect to have included Easter blessings?
