The public is being asked to keep an eye out for a missing Richmond teenager.
Kien Quoc (Nikoli) Luu, 17, was last seen walking in the area of Williams Road and Seafield Crescent at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
Police describe Kien as being of Asian ethnicity, 5’ 6” tall, of slim build. He has brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing dark coloured shorts, a light coloured t-shirt, a dark wind breaker-style jacket, a silver necklace and silver bracelet.
He is said to speak very little English.
Reaching out to Kien, Richmond RCMP’s Col. Dennis Hwang said, “Your caregivers and the police are concerned about your safety and well-being. Please contact us to let us know that you are safe.”
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is urged to contact their local police.
