Richmond home owners can now find their quarterly utility bill statements in the mail or online.
Deadline for payment is Wednesday, Dec. 12. Bills can be paid online or in person to avoid any potential Canada Post service disruptions.
To pay online:
Register and sign on to MyRichmond by visiting www.richmond.ca and clicking on the MyRichmond tab found in the top right corner.
To pay in person:
Visit city hall at 6911 No. 3 Road, Monday to Friday, between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Residents can also enquire about their balance on the phone by calling 604-276-4145. Electronic bill notifications are also available by visiting https://interactive.richmond.ca/mypropprod/ and updating communication preferences to email delivery.
