A collision on Highway 91 heading westbound into Richmond is causing congestion and traffic onto Alex Fraser Bridge.
The collision, noted on Twitter, happened around 9:40 a.m. in the right lane just west of Westminster Highway.
Traffic is backed up onto the midspan of the bridge and is spilling onto Highway 91A.
Westminster Highway westbound is also seeing congestion with some motorists detouring away from Highway 91.
Crews are on scene.
