An earlier vehicle crash in Richmond has been cleared.
According to Twitter, a vehicle accident on Highway 91 westbound at Shell Road had the westbound lanes blocked.
Westbound traffic into the city was backed up past the Oak Street Bridge on-ramp and vehicles were directed to turn onto Shell Road as an alternate route.
