Coquitlam RCMP seeking to reunite stolen dog 'Kali' with owner

Police were informed the 11-year-old dog was inside a vehicle stolen from the Burquitlam area, and neither has yet to be found.

A dog was inside a vehicle when it was reported stolen in Coquitlam earlier this week.

Now, RCMP is looking to reunite 'Kali' with their owner and hope the public can step in and help.

Police explain the 11-year-old Husky Cross was in a white Subaru Forester when it was stolen between 12:30 and 1 p.m. on Thursday (Aug. 26).

A release adds the vehicle was taken from the Burquitlam Plaza — located at 552 Clarke Rd. — and as of this publication (Aug. 27), the vehicle and 'Kali' have yet to be found.

The vehicle's B.C. license plate number is 326MFM.
